Despite the hype around what happened to her, she’s no different from other disabled or person of reduced mobility- the system may have failed her but, spokeswoman for the whole passenger assistance using community- she isn’t!!

So the media should pick a random disabled person and ask them? How would that work? Or should all disabled people be given room to comment publicly on this issue in the media, after all there's only a few million.

In the real world, the media will go to those disabled people who've had publicly known issues with travel and where their contact details are easily available to elicit a comment. TLD is one of those people whether you like it or not.
