Given the staff and kitchen area, there is really only about 1 car of 1st in a five car set (~3 bays in each coach), and 1 and a half in a GWR 9 car(2 in an LNER one).

I heard that the pantograph is different and I believe theres some software tweaks too.
Later down the line, the 360s will be repainted outside and refurbished inside too, I believe the seating will be changed to 2+2 formation in standard and I think in 1st it'll be 2+1.

Just updated the list (copied below). The only addition is 360120 but I think that has gone back already and the next unit looks to be on the way.
According to Wikipedia there are 21 360/1 which at least 11 now have the mod's. If the moves continue every week then all 21 will probably be completed around the middle of November.

Strange question but with services thinned and, I assume, much lower passenger flows in and out of Liverpool Street, what’s the point in them going back to Anglia for service? There’s only 21 - they might as well sit them in warm storage and just use 321s, no?

360120 went back to Ilford yesterday however there is another unit currently on its way to Northampton. Not sure on its ID though

Err no. GA are running a full peak service on Great Eastern electrics. Yes passenger flows are lower but this is a busy railway and there’s a virus about. Far easier to keep them running as normal and allow passengers more space if the rolling stock lease will permit their continued use. Plus they have fully accessible toilets which much of the GA fleet doesn’t.

This. It would be totally unacceptable to store PRM compliant 360s in favour of non-PRM compliant 321s. It took far too long for the 8 compliant 321/322s to go to GA - they should have gone straight away.

The 360s are the most reliable units in the fleet and it's not like they can be employed elsewhere. Even if Abellio didn't use them in GA they'd just be sitting up waiting for work on EMR which is another Abellio franchise. May as well get some use out of them on one operator rather than paying for them to be idle on another.

I believe it was 360116 but it was very dark at Wolverton just now and I saw the 360 number through the viewfinder, I know what I saw but only had a very brief glimpse.

I would be surprised if it was 116, as that went up to Brodies in July, suspected to be a trial unit for refurbishment.

Not quite if it's a prototype unit. Most prototypes take sometime - otherwise you could apply that logic to the ScotRail 153s!
