I confess that I had no idea of the correct number so I used a bit of skulduggery.

The only reason I went for 95 is that with the 5% tolerance the other answers had pretty well covered the range 49 to 87 and it wasn't likely to be much less than 49; so I went for the 90 to 100 segment.

You learn a few tricks when you live to be 95.
