I think you are looking for Nigeria as that was still using LSD into the mid seventies? but I'm sure there are a couple who still use non decimal- Madagascar?
According to Wiki, Nigeria was indeed the last country in the world to adopt decimal currency.
MY version of Wikipedia says the Yemen Arab Republic didn't introduce decimal currency until 1974 (i.e. after Nigeria)
