IC89 is supposed to be a 10 car 802 I believe. However, this article states that IET intro to Newbury has been delayed and this train stops at Newbury? Does this mean that, at present, it's not an IET? I also notice it's late almost every day! (Getting it tomorrow to Tiverton Parkway)

Interesting. Now 802's appear to be concentrated on the WOE route and Oxford/Worcesters/Great Malvern.
