Greater Anglia
With the commencement of Greater Anglia operations, the livery with be deemed to be "White with Greater Anglia name vinyls". As trains are refurbished, they will be outshopped in this livery, allowing for the 29 month lease to provide equipment ready for the next long term franchise holder. Red doors are the distinctive feature of GA - noted in red script.
All former white livery NXEA trains wth blue doors are GA vinyled.
Class 153/156/315/remaining 3175xx & 3213xx/4xx will be joining this livery. It is possible that the Class 170 may be added to the project.

do they have new saltire upholstery or do the SWT units retain the red inside?

I remember the former chapman units recieved ex first scotrail upholstery originally with an odd unit recieving plain purple

170478 was delivered quite a bit later than 170477, can't quite remember the reason why, hence would suggest it will survive a bit longer in SPT colours with 433/434/458-461 likely to get done first.

401-424 were done under a previous refurbishment program a couple of years ago, hence are not due yet.

No work has been done on the ex Alphaline/northern or SWT units. They retain their comfy red seats...comfort than most of our native examples at Haymarket.

Forgot to reply on the 158 bit! Indeed, 786/789 do provide a bit more comfort than usual, the others essentially have their original interiors from when the were moved north. I would imagine they may well be the first (no pun intended!) units moved on at the next franchise change as ScotRail will start to have spare units as Whifflet and Cumbernauld get wired, so they may not see any internal changes. The other Haymarket 158s (726-736/738-741) are in a pretty poor state too, as it happens.

I would guess the works holiday or to do with Railcare going into administration would explain why 477 hasnt gone in yet.

320310 went down to Doncaster on 30/08 with 309 coming north. This now means that the 320's are the first fleet to be fully saltired, apart from the 380's of course.

I'm guessing that repainting the silver bits of silver & white trains, or making dark blue doors red, is unlikely to happen even once the remaining blue EMUs are white?

Not found a separate thread for the Arriva Wales fleet (feel free to correct me!), but it looks like 150236 & 251 have been joined by 150253, 255 & 279 in the revised Arriva livery.
