Not relevant to anyone other than myself but got my feedback thru the post from FSR HR - passed all tests except the TRP part one - just as I thought. Can't fault the HR dept, they were first class at the assessment centre & got this feedback out to me within days.

You can apply at 21 or I think 20 as long as you will be 21 by the time you pass out as a driver

You can apply aslong as you will be 21 when you qualify, as legally you need to be 21 before you can gain a train driving license, I've applied this year and onto Stage 2 Assessment Center at the age of 22.

Hi I'm just new to the forum and going through the recruitment phase. Had my second stage assessment yesterday, thankfully passed it just waiting on hearing when the interview will be. Pretty delighted. Good luck to everyone doing the second stage in the coming weeks!

Bobby, did they say if you pass you automatically get an interview? I am sure at the last stage, even if you passed with a low score you may not get through.
Sounds good if it is different at this stage.

Hi rocky, they didn't say anything to me about passing but no interview. I think you are guaranteed an interview if you pass. Because how would they know the quality of applicants of people who have later stage two assessments. << not sure if that makes sense. When is ur stage two?

Makes sense Bobby.
Got mine at 9am on Thursday.
How did the MMI go? That's the only bit I am really dreading.

It was ok, it is nerve racking. Just like any other interview. I'm sure you will be ok obviously you just need to be yourself and let them see your personality as I think that has a lot to do with it as well. Good luck.

Well done on the pass.. Roughly how long did your MMI last? Iv heard everything from 30 mins to an hour and a half depending which thread you read. Got mine Friday if I pass the computer tests ok. Cheers

I think the last days Thursday. The 26th rings a bell. The woman said before that they will always give us at least 7 days notice.
I wonder how many will be through to this last stage.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about dates for the DM interview soon after the 26th. I think that is the last date.

got mine today, this is the last day im sure, it was scheduled for 1pm but received an email asking me to phone HR, when i did they asked me if i could change my time to 11.30am, i done that no problem but im presuming this was so they could make decisions on DM interviews a little bit quicker. ill let you guys know how i get on today(or how i felt i got on until i hear back from them). good luck to anyone else sitting stage 2 today too.

I think i remember her saying they are only hiring 40 overall this year down from the usual 80, best thing is to sign up to the job alerts on Firsts' website
