It's true, I am sorry if I might come across hostile but smoking seriously is a bad idea, I know you smoke, so again apologize if I offend you.

Smoking can do all sorts of damage to you, I have a picture of a dead body who was a smoker and I tell you I'm not posting it here, the lungs are black, along with pretty much everything else.

Look at this:
Smoking and lung problems

Smoking does enormous damage to the lungs, especially because these tissues are in the direct firing line for the poisons in smoke. As a result there is a huge increase in the risk of lung cancer, which kills more than 20,000 people in the UK every year.

US studies have shown that men who smoke increase their chances of dying from the disease by more than 22 times.

Women who smoke increase this risk by nearly 12 times.

Lung cancer is a difficult cancer to treat - long term survival rates are poor. Smoking also increases the risk of the following cancers:

Oral
Uterine
Liver
Kidney
Bladder
Stomach
Cervical
Leukaemia
Even more common among smokers is a group of lung conditions called chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD which encompasses chronic bronchitis and emphysema. These conditions cause progressive and irreversible lung damage, and make it increasingly difficult for a person to breathe

I was an idiot at 12 years old and me and an old mate (who i'm no longer friends with) thought it would be clever to nick some fags of his and try one and I was left with a sore throat and horrible taste for about a week. I was a complete and utter prat for doing that and will not do it again.

"Smoking rots your Brain"

Surely that depends on what you smoke

Quite!

But as my (tobacco before it gets taken out of context) smoking was rotting a whole in my bank balance - a decomposition I could no longer afford I gave up, but I don't feel any more intelligent than I was before.

I would suggest the wackiest of baccie rots the brain a lot more than tobacco given the amount of dead heads I come across smelling of the vile smell of weed (or whatever it is called these days)

I'm afraid I couldn't afford to smoke due to the hole rotted in my bank balance by the ale !

I gave that up for the rest of the year as well for the same reason. :(

Oh well at least I can now read all these books I've been too drunk/ hung over/ busy to read.

I think the people at the Basingstoke Gazette might have been inhaling something unusual today with this top story. ;)

I just feel sorry for Keith Chegwin for being less newsworthy than a puddle !

I buy my fags in Luxembourg £3.70 packet for Britsh B&H Gold (in bulk every few months)

Last night I got to work (where I can smoke) and realised I'd forgot to pick another packet up.

Nipped up to the Scotmid Co-Op £7.76 :( expensive mistake....

Is your liver now corroded as oppose to your lungs
