What routes will the 455s be working Wednesday May 4th?
The ones they usually work on a weekday as set out in the various class 455 threads.

https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/southern-455-diagram-request.228446/#post-5546797

It has been pointed out previously that the diagrams can't substantially change until they are withdrawn as the stock diagrams aren't being rewritten until then.

Information on their workings is posted daily on the part time spotter blog.

Platform length issue at East Dulwich means that 8 car Class 455s cannot stop on the Up Line. It’s only taken nearly 40 years to discover they don’t fit!!! It is possible (due to Monday-Friday services at E Dulwich all being booked 8/455) that there may be some alterations to stock diagrams made. Unknown for sure.

I suspect the most logical answer would be to get the next available service back from the next Available station. Unless its the Last service. Where alternative arrangements are made. Also included throughout the day those that might need extra travel assistance ie special alternative arrangements and assistance provided for those as well.

Only routes booked today are

London Bridge - Beckenham
Balham- Epsom Downs

Booked to be 10 377
Even then not all of the Epsom Downs trains were 455s. Found that out the hard way.

Edit: I’m an idiot and didn’t realise that someone already said that

Yes I also stumbled on the 377 diagram. Did manage to catch 2 of the 455 circuits, and all 3 on the Beckenhams

I did wonder what was going on all of the 455s had their East Dulwich stops taken out

What routes will the 455s be working Wednesday May 4th?

Epsom Downs, Beckenham Junction and the slow Caterham via Peckam Rye normally

This doesn't make sense. Are the rear doors off the platform? That can't have been the case for 40 years. Has the stopping point been changed?

Doesn't make sense when DOO was bought there was huge exercise to measure all the platforms and position monitors and stopping points to ensure doors lines up with platforms.

Always knew it was very 'tight', as was the down line, as was Tulse Hill.

I believe that the "S" car stop pole has been moved pending withdrawal of 455s.

How does that work? Aren't there DOO mirrors or monitors which determine the stopping point? Or have they been taken away already?

Might be a bit awkward.

It's not in the field or AC sidings
On a down train look out left windows.
Almost down by the big (inspection) shed to the left of it (by smaller brown building)There are four roads there
830 is on the second to left at this time nothing to the right of it.

I'm on 818 right now and it's really looking clean and tidy inside.

Yes they are, much nicer than their SWR counterparts and any of the Southeastern metro stock.

The only downside is the old DC camshaft equipment making the ride jolty, of they were retractioned with the SWR ones then they would actually be very nice.
