I've just stumbled across this whilst reviewing any railtours heading my way - RailwayHerald site shows it as ACLG electric (tba)

Any ideas? Not sure who owns what and what is mainline certified - do they own 86101 / 87002? But they are used for CS duties / standby?

No longer 86259 - loco will be supplied by AC Loco Group I believe (so 86101/401 or 87002).

Thanks - 85259 is on the Cathedrals Express the same day, so I guess it's whichever of the other 3 is available when the time comes. What livery is 86401 these days?

Thanks

All the way? I thought it was electric from New Street?

The electric haulage part was ditched as a consequence of 37800 failing which meant that there was no driver to take the loco (87002) from Willesden to Brum.

My video around the Rugby area. After the earlier late running the tour was virtually on time by the time it reached Rugby and the same on the return.
