Well I also had an email today inviting me to attend psychometrics in York in April. Trouble is , I've already completed them and I was waiting for them to confirm this. I don't know what to do now. I have emailed but it seems to take ages to get a reply .

I completed mine 3 weeks ago and somebody that had already done them in the past had to do this MMI then went home after that. He didn't have to complete the whole day. Hope this helps.

Yeah that's the one! York in April. It feels like its ages away but I'm sure it'll come around quick enough.

Just received an email asking for my preference on a course date with 3 options on it.

What were the date options if you don't mind sharing? Got a holiday booked in May and still can't get hold of the recruitment person so wanted to know what's the possible start date after medical etc

I've been lucky enough to pass the stages this far and have now been invited to the psychometric testing stage. It would appear they have added extra locations for this now as I have been invited to attend in Edinburgh and this was not an option on the sheet I had to fill in when I attended the group assessments.

Suggests a lot of people may have failed the tests and they've kept other applicants waiting in case of this, and now it seems adding more dates for tests. I've also heard there are more roles than the initial 78 is that right?

I really need to speak to them but the only contact I have Rebecca Watson doesn't seem to be generating any form of response. I've tried emailing , leaving voicemails but still nothing .

Just out of interest , what time of day did you email?
Not that it will make much difference , I'm just clutching at straws.haha.
I'm just wanting to clarify whether or not they have checked my previous physchometric results. I received an email last week inviting me to take the tests in York but it was a generic email so I'm a tad confused.

I'll check tomorrow when I have access to my work email but I'm certain it's April 11th.

I'm pleased with it being in Edinburgh (Waverley station) as I can get there in 30 minutes rather than traveling hours and staying overnight elsewhere.

Were you at the edinburgh assesment day? I am still awaiting test date. Been over a month! Good luck

Finally received test date. Phew!

May I ask of those who have completed the tests, was the group Bourdon on paper or digital? Was it just the one version or scaat etc?

The Group Bourdon test was paper for me. We had the paper tests to do first, then a break whilst they marked them. Then it was the computerised tests, break for dinner, and then the MMI in the afternoon. I've heard nothing since I passed my Psychometrics at the start of Feb, trying hard to stay patient haha.

Same here. Waiting for medical date...the waiting game is the worse part.

I was told they were having a meeting and would get back to everone asap then nothing since..
