These were taken on a TC3 route I'm working on:

I can't compare it to MSTS, RS or BVE because I've never used them. For ease of routebuilding, TC3 is probably quite hard to beat - and the rolling stock included with it (including an ever-expanding range of Mk1s - I swear they are planning to model every variation) is quite astonishingly good.
