hi steve,you had a interview for a crossing keeper a few years back,how was it and what kind of questions did they ask?i have an interview tuesday and have already brushed up on the 8 non technical skills as had a few interviews before as a signaller.
is there anything that can stand out in the interview as its my first for a crossing keeper?

Hi there, although I have now retired, the attached is a commonly used 12 hour roster for a 24/7 position (This was in a PSB), but gives an idea, and it is quite liked by those that work it.
But HR don't like it as there a 4 nights, they would rather there was only 2 then a rest day, or 2 rest days, then days.
