Glad i read this just checked and i had a missed call on friday which i didnt recognise the number, turns out they left me a voicemail message so i need to email them back. Did you get any further info about dates for an assessment day?

yeah there does seem to be quite a few i know of some myself that left my depot, i should have done it years ago really, have tried for train driving twice in the last 2 years, one knockback from northern at application stage but passed assessments with first tpe though didnt get through to next...

i had an email last week saying i was unsuccesful, i thought it was from northern then realised it was DBS. I applied sometime around last summer June or July was so long ago i had forgotten all about it, enjoy the wait!

Thats what im hoping for, i have applied before and didnt get past the initial sift but had the no thanks after around 3-4 weeks so its slightly more encouraging, i also sat stage 1 assessments last year for another TOC and passed but was put on hold and then heard nothing, its a slow process!

Are you a current employee? Im hoping to attend but will only have an hour or so as i start work at half 12, will be there first thing at 11 but will i have enough time to make good use of the event?

been watching this thread with interest seeing where everyone is up to, i applied at the same time (Jan 4th) and still hadnt heard anything back until today when i got an email saying we are still sifting through applications and will be in touch. Now obviously i know they have been conducting...

yesterday i had an email to complete the online dsi test which i was going to do today, but i have just had an email to take the visual test instead and to ignore previous emails. just wondering if i should take both tests just incase or ignore the first one like they said, i dont want to ignore...

no just says that i passed doesnt go into anymore detail. did anyone else who got that email get excited by the subject header? mine said "important information regarding your interview" i was like whoa whats this? then aahhhhh no!

yep just had the same one too, feel better now because my status on the careers page was unsuccessful assessment and has been like that since last week, but no email, so i thought i had failed and i couldnt understand why. At least i know i was good enough to pass it so the 40 or so people that...

just checked mine now, it says unsuccessful assessment, gutted. not sure which part iv messed up but i'll try again. good luck to everyone else
