Just seen a tweet from scotrail this morning saying that they will be 3 class 314s in service from 19th May, mainly on the interclyde route
Presumably that's the pair that goes down to Gourock and splits to work two trains back up? I guess they'll have some peak hour work on the Cathcart routes too.The 3 314 services to Inverclyde post-May will all be very early morning services to/from Gourock, so if you want to go to Inverclyde on a 314 during the daytime then I advise you go soon.

Correct - the 0555 Central to Gourock, and the 0647 and 0728 Gourock to Central.
Interestingly Scotrail have also indicated on Twitter that 14 Inverclyde services will be operated by 385s. As far as I’m aware there were never any plans to have them operating to Inverclyde until fairly recently.
Yay! My regular journey to work stays a 314. I’ll miss them when they’re gone.Correct - the 0555 Central to Gourock, and the 0647 and 0728 Gourock to Central.

I always thought the 380s and 385s would have job shared over time with the 380s still being used out of GLQ and the 385s doing Ayrshire and Inverclyde services.
There's still the two early-ish morning departures off Gourock which are 314s - was 314202 on one diagram this morning, which obviously then goes on to something round the Circle. There was a 320 heading to Wemyss Bay on a diagram that until this week was a 314, and a 318 heading to Newton about 0745 from Central on a diagram that recently has been a 385. So not quite all change, but some changes. I'm not actually sure whether the diagrams themselves have changed, or whether its just the allocated power.Off peak, looks like only the Newton via Maxwell Park, Cathcart inner and outer services are now worked by the class 314’s.
314202, 314214 and 314216 are working these services today. Paisley canal is a 318 and 380 while the Inverclyde workings that were 314’s are now a mix of 318 and 320’s.
314208/211 are stored at Yoker CS
Looks like 202/203/205/209/214/216 are the 6 available for 5 diagrams
207/210/215 look like stored at Shields unless they are rotated around
205, with its funky residual vandalism on one side above the windows, being my current favourite (for no other obvious reason) - its funny how often its the externally tatty stock that proves the longest lived.

Seen a few 314s today , Newton and Cathcart Circle services.
320 and 380 on Paisley Canals , 320 on that line a first , not seen a 318 on it yet
Crikey it’s had a long day. Worked the 0647 off Gourock this morning. ScR getting their money’s worth out of that 314.Solitary 203 in GLC tonight on the 2035 Neilston run. Definite increase in 385 numbers.
Two Neilston services in a row were 314s , the fast service at 1718 was a 6 car 314 all carmine set
And 314203 on the same diagram it did yesterday314202 on the 11:15 Glasgow Central-Cathcart this morning.
