Saw a 54 plate B7TL in the new livery. Didn’t think they’d be painting these or at least they’d finish the newer buses first before moving on to them.
Probably one of the small number that came from First Edinburgh.Saw a 54 plate B7TL in the new livery. Didn’t think they’d be painting these or at least they’d finish the newer buses first before moving on to them.

32580 is in the new livery...The 54 plate B7TL would be a Glasgow vehicle. The ones that came from Midland were either 55 plate B7TL's or 57 plate B9's
When you say new livery?32580 is in the new livery...

I'm unsure if they ment the old Corp colours, the route coding or a brand new standard livery for the group! You know exactly what they mean....
If it was 32580 it was done a few months back.

Didn’t think they would have started the B7TLs given there are many E300s, E200s and E400s that are younger to be done. Although I’ve noticed they’re doing the B7RLEs too. I think the Wright stock suit the livery the best. They look very smart.
On a separate note - I noticed only 1 Airport E200MMC on show today at Caledonia depot. They were all in a big line the other day. Are they in for repaint or are starting to transfer now?
Unsubstantiated comments are that they are to be upseated and repainted for use on X3 Maesteg - Port Talbot and X11 Carmarthen - Swansea
The 18 now has Next Stop Announcements but it's very sporadic as to what stop is next.
It it seems to only give you the bigger stops such as Bridgeton Cross, Dalmarnock Station for Emirates Arena and Celtic Park, Rutherglen Tesco and so on.
It sounds like the same voice that used to do the SPT Subway before it went back to the drivers announcing the stations.
Probably more cutsThere will be major changes in Glasgow and Lanarkshire after the school holiday timetables. Anyone heard anything?
Some of the yn53 plates have all so been painted into the new liverySaw a 54 plate B7TL in the new livery. Didn’t think they’d be painting these or at least they’d finish the newer buses first before moving on to them.

Yes have heard it will be cuts do you know which routes?I dont believe its major cuts but I'm hearing sensible relationation in certain parts. Not so much Glasgow.
They are not advertised they are rumoured hence why I asked if anyone had heard anything.Where are these changes advertised? Looks like some of you are making it up.
Yes I heard the plans include a bus station but have not seen them so couldn’t confirm. Not 100%, However with Ravenscraig master plan approved by North Lanarkshire Council, there is plenty of new opportunities for new routes
The rumour is the 266 will no longer go to shotts.Only thing I have heard in terms of cuts is 266 - frequency change
not much in terms of Lanarkshire needing cut to be honest.
Still strong rumours of first returning to Carluke but that's all it seems to be.
I did hear that but had doubts as I thought First done well in Shorts ?The rumour is the 266 will no longer go to shotts.
Think the hype is over now with these vehicles. Well i thinkso anywayI had spotted the Strathclyde Buses livery on the 4 southbound at Central Station at around 13:45 today if anybody would like to see it.
