Fascinating stuff, thank you for all your summaries, they are very, very interesting. Although its early days, and discounting 68025 as its only worked once, would it be true to say that 68027 and its set has proved to be more reliable that 68026 and its set?

I think that’s a hard one to answer without inside knowledge, but certainly 68027 plus TP09 has been the most commonly used.
I do think it has been an excellent introduction into service and a big ‘well done’ to all involved on the maintenance/technical support side as well as TPE, particularly front line staff. It can’t have been easy with so many of the trains operating as ‘pass out’ runs for drivers and guards. A month of hard work too for those doing the train crew diagrams.
I should stress too that I don’t work for any of the companies and have zero inside knowledge. I suspect the ‘*’ days might have a bit of a story behind them and possibly some of the others too. The information I’ve used paints the ‘worst case’,(that given by ‘Journey Check’), the reality is likely to have been even better.
