For example, Dundee is the only heavy rail station in Britain below sea level. Anyone else know of any facts like these that makes a certain station unique?

Sunderland, the only station in the country where heavy rail and light rail services share platforms.

What makes it "heavy"?
I can think of at least three other rail stations that are below sea level

I dunno, I only knew it was the only Network Rail station to be so, i was unsure about light rail networks. What are those you can think of? :D

Was it called Ramsline Halt or something near Derby that was built to serve Derrby County FC, and only had four trains call before the Baseball Ground closed? Think it now exists as a staff halt.

Yep, it's still there.

Some suggestions:

Berney Arms in Norfolk, because it's only accessible by train. But there must be others?

Lympstone Commando, because it's on MoD property, and only accessible to people with business there.

Dovey jn is also reputedly not accessible by road, as is Manulla Jn in W Ireland, it an interchange platform with no public access. British steel Redcar and IBM are also private property, serving the respective factoies nearby. :D

The platform at Ramsline Halt still exists, albeit with no access and located on a siding (not sure whether it was ever signalled any differently). It certainly see no use as any sort of passenger station nowadays!

Does Smallbrook Jn (IOW) have road access?

Nope. So there are actually quite a few none road access ones. Another uniquity: rickerscote (near Stafford) is the only Passenger Loop in te centre of the tracks, the Main diverges from it and rejoins it :D

Smallbrook Junction is indeed unique. It has no public access at all. Just there to facilitate changes between Island Line and Isle of Wight Steam Railway.

Prestwick International Airport, the only railway station operated and maintained by an airport company rather than a TOC, PTE or Network Rail

There being two of them probably invalidates the unique-ness, but would Corkerhill and Drumbreck on the Paisley Canal Line be the only electrified stations that only have diesel passenger services?

Heatrhow Stations are like Prestwick Intl A. Hazel Grove, Davenport and Woodsmoor are also electrified but have diesel trains only :D

I think I'm right in saying that Knighton is the only station that's in a different country to the town it serves (Knighton being in Wales, but the station is in England).

Not sure if I'm thinking along the same lines as you, but places such as Manors, Chathill ect on the ECML are all served by diesel trains and of course the ECML is electrified.

The details I have show that FSR operate the station on behalf of PIK

Possibly more accurate than my sources: Wikipedia, and personal experience seeing GPIA staff working on some of the many leaks in the building last winter. Also the signage is all done by GPIA, has never been updated by any ScotRail branding folk.

Clarify that with in England and Wales. Can smoke on stations in Scotland in areas that are not 'wholly or substantially' enclosed.

See Scottish Statutory Instrument 2006 No. 90

On any NR owned railway statio in England and Wales it is illegal to smoke within its boundaries. Official definition of any public place is a roof and two walls. Fishguard Harboour, being owned by StanaLine, defies this catergory, thus being the onll station in England and Wales to be perfectly legal to have a fag on. Unsure re: Scotland.

Haartford - the only booking office built on stilts. Really :D
Acton Bridge - the only former booking office still accessable by members of the public (the building covers the enterance. NRE Station planner photos still seem to think its in use. :D

Exeter St Davids. Only station in England and Wales that offers a choice of 2 different direct services to London that depart in opposite directions.
