Have it up Ben Nevis? Is that what the kids are calling it these days? Dear lord, just where is a lady’s “Ben Nevis” to be found?!
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---

I think it’ll take a very special type of girl to still be with you in the morning if that’s how you finish!

Only you could change the meaning of everything!!
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
:lol::lol::lol: i had to ask.....

Oh and dont forget the Roses!!

Looks like Miss Kernow has quite a few admirers!!
How are you this morning anyway? Dont worry, the honeymoon looks set to take in both the Cally Sleeper and the VSOE! Oh, and Ivo will be wearing his new firstgroup woolly hat that we get him as a wedding present!!

I was just keeping up with Ivo's flirting :d

Its not Ivo anymore though. Others started joining in last night!

I'm straight, if you don't mind! Why do you think I asked about girls on this forum? If I wasn't straight (or, the way things have gone, was a girl) I wouldn't have had a problem. Also, even I knew the XXX name for the Pendo (not that I would have revealed it).

I’m blaming too much tea and not enough sleep, as well as a mind like a Welsh branch line: One track and dirty.

Like everyone else in this thread then!

It will have to be the Tornado. The scotsman is currently being re-boilered at bury ;)

We've got time. Most people don't get married overnight, so there's every chance that she'll be ready by then! And in the highly unlikely event that neither is ready, we'll find something else. Any preferences? :p

And we'll need a guest list. Those who live close to York may have to dip on traction to York though if we get over-subscribed. The way this thread's gone, we could have several hundred others queuing up for their seat! Also, we'll be in the cab, but sadly not shovelling (too exhausting for a pre-marital event!) or driving (just in case something goes wrong). Unless you really want to of course!

It'll be The RailUK Event of the Year!!!!!! :p

I can be in Sheffield on Sunday morning to arrange final details ;)

P.S.: I can tell you all for certain that I know people younger than me who are in a relationship with people older than Kernowfem.

Yup, we’re all as guilty as each other!

Well if the Gresley P2 “Cock O’ the North” was still around, I think we’d have a winner in keeping with the tone of this thread…

I'm going to miss this thread come tomorrow afternoon. It'll die a lonely death without me

I'll have no definite Internet access after about 10 tomorrow morning until pretty much midnight on Saturday night - and then it's dependent on the others in the house (they are planning to have a Hollywood-themed party)...

This is much more interesting than that other marriage in the news (yes, the one in Corrie)

Alas my list of cheap innuendos has ran dry so plug it in and away you go

A party without the internet, that will be no fun :o

I’m not going to be around to keep up with developments on this thread until Monday night: I’m off for a long weekend away in an old VW campervan enjoying the Cornish scenery. I hope this thread is still alive and well when I return! I suppose there are only so many developments to the RailUK arranged marriage interspersed with euphemisms and innuendo possible: Although comic material for this sort of subject always seems to be pretty extensive…

They're on the way, just hang on a few months (it doesn't flower until July). :(

There was the V4 "Bantam Cock" to take over for the run to Fort William.

Unless she means the brand of chocolates :p. That being said the floral variety have quite thin stalks but wouldn't like the spiky parts

We're assuming that Kernowfem wouldn't also welcome the guiding hand of a more experienced suitor.

O L Leigh

A more experienced suitor? As in some sort of sugar daddy?? :)

Maybe someone of the elder generation may be able to afford a ticket on the cally.....hmmmmm, you may have something there OL.

It could be because you insist on calling The Flying Scotsman a 'he'. Everybody knows all locos are 'shes'!
