Watched that a few days ago, pretty positive and delivered in the usual Geoff and Vicky fashion

Apparently so if yiu read back upDon’t suppose we will see class 57 on summer Saturday working this year
Twitter GWR help are brilliant, changed my reservation with out hassleDoes anyone know if any seats are unreservable? I have an online booking for five, and it auto-selected A 27, 37, 38, 41 and 42. Just tried to get GWR to change 27 for a seat closer to the rest of us, and they say they are reserved, but can't say where between, so I wondered if actually, they are non-reservable?
Which sleeper set was at Reading today as I'm looking for 10217 but went past to fast to see any numbers
ok thanks Ill have to keep looking then.Would have been PZ89 as it’s tonight’s Down Sleeper set.
The last formation sheet I saw for PZ89 (dated the 24/02) had the following vehicles:
17173 12142 10219 10601 10584 10534 10594
For completeness PZ88 (dated 25/02) contained the following vehicles:
17175 12100 10229 10616 10563 10589 10596
I can only presume 10217 is sat spare at Long Rock.
White buffet 10229 reverting to spare today.
Its common knowledge that an extra sleeping coach should be added every day from may but currently unconfirmed is, long term from next year, another will also be added, vehicles ex Scotrail and refurbished. This will make 6 weekday and 7 on Fri down/sun up.
Service fin/start at Plymouth this weekend due to engineering work.
Like a convoyIs there likely going to be any locos travelling to long rock open day by Rail. Thxs
1A40 was in trouble last night, sparks spotted underneath 57602 when passing Exmouth Junction. Following inspection it was allowed to travel at 40 mph max to Westbury where 57605 attached to it having run down light from Reading. Delayed 155 minutes
I suspect so. Quite possibly to do with the brake test that would of occurred when loco ran round at Exeter.Would that have been a dragging brake?
Was this spotted by a member of staff in Exmouth Junction Box when the train passed then?I suspect so. Quite possibly to do with the brake test that would of occurred when loco ran round at Exeter.
Any chance of an update for those not on Faceache?Open day exhibits are being announced almost daily via the book of face.
What's happening to 08410 may I ask?Lets be friends. In poor lighting earlier 410 and 645 in possibly the first shot together at Long Rock.View attachment 60440
