I'm probably not very well informed, but...
Travelling on the set the other day I noticed that there was the 'do not use in stations' sign in the lavatory, presumably meaning that the coaches are still track discharge. Possibly the 1.1.20 obligation has been formally avoided, but I've seen no reference to it.
It's hard to work out from enthusiasts' publications which coaches have CEM, but I thought that the DRS coaches used in Cumbria, for instance, were so fitted and assumed that the TfW ones, also refurbished, had also been modified.
