With scot-rail.co.uk publishing the diagrams to be used in the next timetable, will the publication of the class 320 units include the Argyle Line services that will be diagrammed for them?

I walked passed kilmarnock wabtec this morning and show the 320 unit and the spt colors were removed and getting ready to be vinyl and repainted there and any internal repaint and new seat colours
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
now according to scot rail wiki it states now to be TBC so now more delays I mean come one how long can they work on a single unit

The unit has been removed of every single internal and external components until its left a shell

now it has been fitted with new interiors, new flooring, toilet and new paint externally

external mod has been done to it and it has been done since February but come one how long can one unit take

its just ridiculous now

I am sorry but do you know what is happening to the unit? It is more than just a new paint job/interior refresh it is getting.

The first unit will always be one of the longest as it will often throw up some unexpected problems.

what unexpected problems that take 4 months long to repair

is there still corrosion under the carriages, rust etc ice even

Components were removed for overhaul- contactors, levelling valves etc. Any of the components could have been adding to the delay.

so more technical components haven't been delivered but the unit is already in kilmarnock but waiting for more component

I never said that components were not delivered. I said that any one of the components could have been an additional delay.

the components themselves may not be compatible with the unit so they may have to send them back or purchase new ones

more technical issues could be the problem

how long more do we have to wait

quite odd... since no one else anywhere else has seen the unit move to glasgow, or seen the unit being dragged between the translator vans by a virgin 57 to kilmarnock... nor has anyone seen a 57 + Translator vans traveling back to glasgow from kilmarnock... hell.. no body has even heard about a confirmed move and booked path for the unit from doncaster to move north again.

i say (after having asked about - specifically on www.scot-rail.co.uk) that your talking out of your Ar*e

what you mean no one has seen it are we to believe that people are along the doncaster - glasgow line

or to hear that the freight train needs to be booked on that line

I thought freight trains have a complete different system to commercial trains and they just turn up on the line when units are finished and just waiting for the availability of the freight trains ready to be hauled back to its destination

So you saw it..................

I was told that it was ah well don-caster expected to leave this week that new info I just been given to me

But then you didn't...............

Really, if you must come on here and blatantly lie then at least don't leave gaps in your story. Don't forget, some people can be gullable and will take you at your word when you try to give out timings. Is it worth wasting their time?

Surely the funniest post was the one that started with his most unbelievable statement;
Actually I do understand coming from senior management level...
and ended with the pearl of wisdom
...educate customers on that brand identity is more important than actual train services

With no doubt a wind up merchant... or a prize buffoon.

I'm sure my colleagues in Doncaster could give us an update on the 320's progress. Anybody got the number for the Doncaster branch of Sainsbury's?
;)
