Would you expect testing and driver training to start around May or June?

Drivers are trained on the /0s already, need a 2 day conversion course at some point. There are drivers who already sign the /2s for training purposes anyway.

I don't know the ins and outs of it, but my expectation in full launch for December '25 timetable. Train crew were all meant to be trained by now at my depot, but only a handful have even been on a /2.

I would expect to see training runs in August/September as was planned for this year. Whether there will be any STP diagrams to have units in use before December I don't think anyone really knows yet. Have requested updates from fleet but not heard anything back

I'd rather have 3.730 than 4.350. The layout is really very good at dealing with a high standee load.

Passed Camden sidings this afternoon and saw 4 x 730/2's parked along the back wall.
one was clearly 217 and I think 230?.
Can anyone please confirm this and possibly ID the other 2.
