Just a quick question, does anyone know if anymore 166's are at Wolverton? Haven't seen any recently go out or return for a repaint?

166219 is still at Wolverton, should be 166220 to go next but have not seen anything pencilled in for a move yet.

Look out for another 150/9 sometime. One of the carriages of 150233 (just back from Wolverton) requires a whole new roof, so the good car will form up with either 232 or 247 to maintain livery.

I wonder if that's due to the issues he had the other day. Cab air con circuit board melted and kept making rear cab desk live thus emergency brake applications occurring regularly

Word on the grapevine, it may leave Doncaster for Reading sometime Monday.

I assume that the FGW Plain ones will be a repaint instead of an overhaul, so perhaps can be done in-house at a GWR depot of some sorts? Whatever it is, it should be a lot quicker, and then the 165s will start.

Nothing timed on RTT under STP or any timetable for the move of 150001 to Reading T.C. tomorrow... if it is being moved tomorrow it's very late planning.

As has been pointed out several times, you can't rely on everything additional being shown on RTT as soon as it's planned. Depends when the info is fed to it.

I have done a few VSTP ones and they never showed up on any systems, RTT, genius, CC--D etc, so not everything is put through the system.

You have to manually add a run to Gennis as it's not linked to TRUST. RRT has a lag for when new paths.

43005 and 43041 with LA16 currently running the following.

1C40 0702 departure from Plymouth to Penzance arrival 0912.
1A83 1000 departure from Penzance to London Paddington arrival 1521.

Is that the first time the 2nd green set has run in service?

Also to add, one of the latest trains to receive GWR livery or vinyls (apparently so far) is 800 004.
Any pics of it in GWR livery?

Advised 150001 won't be coming back today. No word on when path will be rebooked for.

Is this the same as the first set internally, just a repaint like the later 166s or the revised interior smilar to the 150s?
