Make it one that only I can get, like Thorpe Bay

N.B.: My Internet is playing up. So if I lose because of it remind me not to travel with VWC any time soon! (My housemate had the "brilliant" idea of going with Virgin Media, who for my liking are utterly useless if you are not in a fibre-optic area as is the case here.)

Making up excuses is fun :D

OK, it's better now. Not sure what happened.

And if we're in Scotland...

I'm not offline, I'm hidden, quite nice really.

Sorry, I was elsewhere on here though. It is in Scottyland, no-one correct yet though.

Am I in Scottyland then because of my first name? :)

Lets'a go for Dalmally. Just because I looked at its name on the map.

I don't think Scotrail livery has to mean that the location is in Scotland, it's the same as a class 85 under the wires not having to be on the WCML!

Not Kingussie.

Wise words once again from our south of Watford correspondent.

You have made the mistake of looking at the traction and not the photo.

I am not confirming if this is or is not yet in Scotland. Clues will come later if you are having difficulty.

I wouldn't know the photo either; it's in the middle of nowhere!

Bodmin Parkway (which is wrong, but at least it's viable on loco grounds - I think)

Well the lampposts are red so would this be somewhere within the NSE region?

First post and first guess, so be gentle(!)

Was the "near" guess K&W - is this Salwick?
(ignoring lampost colours and missing electricity pylon :) )

David welcome to the game. We are all friendly here. This however quite a bit of banter going on here as a number of us have been playing for several months and are fast approaching 6,000 posts playing this game.

I have news you have indeed got the correct answer.

You can now either provide the next picture of throw the floor open to anyone.

Wow, thanks TB!

I'll choose to post a picture - give me five minutes or so. I have one from a mobile phone which suitably cropped *might* stump you all for 10 or so seconds :)
