If the EU is such a wonderful institution and we've made a terrible error in voting to leave it, then why would people consider it to be a 'problem' if the Netherlands, France and any other member state follow suit?

This is a very fair point...I m sure a lot of our electorate ( whatever side they took ) are largely unaware of the depth of Eurosceptism in those countries as well.

What if we don't let ourselves get carried away?

You brought up people moving as a result of Brexit. People can move in both directions and it'll be easier for Brits abroad to come back once we leave the EU than it would be for Brits to go live abroad. However, it appears you only want to consider people moving in one direction.

Since Britain's leaving the EU, the stock markets are reacting hard to it. :(

Odd how Boris Johnson is a likely candidate to become the next prime minister since David is stepping down.

Spain are seeking co-sovereignty of Gibraltar following the Brexit vote, with 96% of people in Gibraltar voting Remain.

According to ITV political reporter Chris Ship's Twitter account a motion of no confidence in Jermey Corbyn has been tabled by Stockport MP Ann Coffey and has been backed by Margaret Hodge

What if the UK creates a new Northern European trading block with Scandinavian countries and others who are likely to vote to leave like the Netherlands and Denmark.

And why's that better than the EU? Freedom of movement is one of the things that makes the EU as prosperous as it is.

That just about sums up those who voted to leave, no clear idea about the future and loads of 'what ifs!

That would leave wealthy blond haired fruitcases as prospective leaders of their countries on both sides of the Atlantic

Offering insight into Boris's preferences and speaking from personal experience Paul? ;)

More nutcase than fruitcase I think.

Because that is all they have to go by I suppose.

You do realise if we were buying Norwegian or Swedish trains opposed to Spanish or German we'd need to find a lot more money.

Why would a new trading block stop us buying from anywhere we wished.

How much time and effort will Brexit put into saving Gibraltar? Their problem. Is one of their key points about regaining sovereignty the loss of a much-loved UK outpost?
Hmmm.

Lot of angry folks in Scotland this morning.

I'm in the Remain camp, I'm very disappointed we choose to leave but I'm prepared to accept the decision of the country. Scottish Nationalist have been looking for another excuse to have another referendum ever since you lost the last. I'm sure Sturgeon would be very happy to hold repeated referendums until Scotland chooses independence.
