It does happen certainly, however the 150 tends to be detached (and left) at Shrewsbury, leaving just the 158 to continue east...

We should probably get back on topic.

That's what I saw :/. Don't know if it was rare or what. I've heard of other people seeing 150s on this line as well
If so, would definitele not worked beyond Salop. No traction knowledge or ERTMS fitted. They did work in pre Wales and Border days when Central operated the route.

The ScotRail fife circle 67 only has 1 diagram now, not 2.

The ATW WagEx is 67 & Mark 3 now rather than 57 & Mark 2, and is now the 0533 HHD-CDF and 1821 CDF-HHD.

The operator of the 57 on the VT 57+390 drag is now exclusively VT after ATW's locos went back to VT.

The pretendolino now only uses FL 90s I think.

The Norwich 321 diagram would be a nice addition to this list, which is 1702 LST-NRW and 1930 NRW-LST.

The morning wherry lines service that is operated by an EMT 158 would be a great addition too, but I'm not sure what service that it operates.

That, back in June at least, started with the 0536/0542 Norwich to Lowestoft. I mentioned it in my ALR trip report if that's of any use!

You say you don't know what service it operates but do you know if it's an ECS or a passenger service, quite an interesting one...

Couldn't possibly be an ECS, geographically speaking. (Wherry lines are Norwich to Yarmouth and Lowestoft, hardly somewhere an EMT unit would end up normally.)

It is certainly a passenger service, I think it is a carry-over from CT days when NX started operating the early morning CBG-NRW run and in exchange an early morning Wherry lines services was run with a CT unit.

Here we go, these are timetabled for "Class 158 - 90mph" instead of "Class 158 - 100mph" which means a 170 or "Class 150/153/155/156 - 75mph" :

The Virgin loco hauled (1K89, 1D83, 1A55) are no more after today / yesterday.

Has anyone got any requests for Greater Anglia diagrams?

XC HST diagrams - copied from my post on www.hstgen.co.uk.... WTT from Dec '11

Sundays:
08:10 Leeds – Plymouth; 14:23 Plymouth - Edinburgh
09:00 Leeds – Plymouth; 15:23 Plymouth - York
08:50 Edinburgh – Plymouth; 18:23 Plymouth – Leeds
13:23 Plymouth – Edinburgh

Mondays to Fridays:
06:00 Leeds – Plymouth; 12:23 Plymouth – Glasgow
06:32 York – Plymouth; 13:23 Plymouth – Edinburgh (Mondays ONLY)
06:06 Edinburgh- Plymouth; 15:23 Plymouth – Leeds
06:32 Dundee – Plymouth; 17:23 Plymouth – Leeds (Fridays ONLY)
13:08 Edinburgh- Plymouth (Fridays ONLY)

Saturdays:
06:00 Leeds – Plymouth; 12:23 Plymouth – Glasgow
06:32 Dundee – Plymouth; 17:23 Plymouth – Leeds

Can I ask how does it work crewing these services? Will the driver pick up the train in Leeds and drive it down all the way to Plymouth. Do they then have a brake then bring another train back up to Leeds with another train crew taking over to take the train to Edinburgh?
How far down will drivers from Edinburgh bring the train before they have a brake then drive another train back up?
I am assuming that there are cross country drivers in Plymouth, how far up the country do they drive the train before changing?
What is the longest route drivers actually drive without a brake (station to station) on cross country?
If a driver from say Edinburgh takes a train down to say Sheffield do the on board conductors work the same pattern as the drivers on these routes or do the work to a different schedule?
If say a crew bring down a train from Edinburgh to Sheffield and the train they are supposed to crew on their return has broken down in Birmingham do they just go back to Edinburgh as passengers on the next available train?
I am using Sheffield as a example as I don’t actually think they have crews their. Where are all these cross country trains crewed from?
Just interested in how all this works on cross country. Thanks

XC have depots everywhere.

The longest driving turns I can think of on XC are Bournemouth/Southampton - New St.

XC HST diagrams: http://www.125group.org.uk/index.php?module=htmlpages&func=display&pid=30 Can be found on this page along with all other operators' diagrams

XC Turbostars: Nottingham - Cardiff services for sure, other people with greater knowledge in the area hopefully will be able to provide more info.

XC Turbostars also work Birmingham New St-Leicester-Stansted Airport services, alongside Cardiff-Birmingham New St-Nottingham trains. None are booked to work former VXC services. (If you don't know, the current XC franchise is made up of the 'proper' inter-city routes formerley under Virgin, and more localised inter-city routes, which the Turbostars are used on, formerley Central Trains.)
