High Wycombe. Bit harsh on the local ladies, don't you think?

Ha ha ha.... I like that one!

You'll need a brick to smash the window...

In Lincoln a few years ago we had a spate of silly signs being stuck over bus stop signs. They looked well made and said things like ' bat stop' with a pic of the batmobile. I'll see if I can look out the pictures I took at the time.

Happens to Bateman Street in Cambridge a lot as well. My mother would vehemently deny that anyone from her old school (on Bateman Street) has anything to do with it.

I know some of you know about these pictures but they still make me chuckle.

Genuine display at Moorgate.

While I don't have a picture of it, Lothian Buses' marketing dept had a filthy streak when they created a night buses poster a few years back, which showed a basic image of a young couple (like the generic loo symbols) waiting at a bus stop, with the tagline "It'll be the cheapest ride you'll get home tonight".
Reading between the lines, it may have innocently meant "we're cheaper than a taxi" or "You won't pay nearly as much as you did on drinks for your female accomplice tonight"

We spent several miles looking out for giant onions bouncing down the road but didnt see any. All because of a sign saying "Heavy Plant Crossing."
