It should be a lower case 'p.':P emot doesn't work still
As far as I'm aware this isn't an option; would require an Addon.Where? I have just gone back to edit one of my posts on here and there doesn't appear to be such an option that I can see

It should be a lower case 'p.'
You don't need a special option. If you want people to know why you edited something, you can just add a note to the post.
Look at my previous post for an example.
Previous posters are referring to the old vB option of adding it as a note after a post
I agree, it's quite irritating that for whatever reason it is case sensitive; I know on the old forum I could never remember if it was meant to be uppercase or lowercase and often they would just appear as normal characters, until I changed it about a year ago. The official way on the old forum was  which used to annoy me as I had no idea what it meant!Either should work and does pretty much on any other site, so I would suggest to add it (pretty sure it did on vB too). Capital P makes as much sense as lower case.

It all seems so long ago now, but I do recall that the old system also allowed you to see who was also reading the same thread.
I think  may have used to be a Smilie code on vB, but  never was.Um, emoji codes such as  and , are they now invalid because they don’t seem to work?
vB is short for vBulletin, which was the old software that this forum ran on until a couple of months ago. The current software is called XenForo.Hi,
OK thank you for that. I was given blush as an example by the way
I don’t know what vB is but you’ve answered my question so thank you
Is there any indication as to how long it may be before there is an option for members to change posts per page?
This will never change, it just isn’t an option. When the issue was first raised the limit was lower than 30; it was raised a few weeks ago to 30.
It is an option with an add-on.
Due to reasons stated on the xF forum the addon causes numerous link problems and therefore would be not wise to install.
But people should be linking to specific posts instead of linking to a page. It was the same in vbulletin.
The benefits outweigh the possible problems in my opinion.
Which one was that?
Hmm, I've had this again, except I haven't... when I went to take screenshots while hovering over the links I realised that it's almost certainly a fat-finger-error: accidentally clicking on the date under the thread title rather than on the thread title itself.
D'Oh
Next to "Watched Threads" and "New Posts" there are 3 dots "..." - tapping that will give you the option you require.I find that on mobile I don't have the ability to mark a single individual forum as read; the function only appears on the home page and does all forums?

I tried tapping those and it wasn't part of the list that appeared...
Err... no, I was looking from a sub forum and it didn't offer me any option to mark anything as read.
