Does anyone have (a) favourite soft drink(s)?

You can choose between just one option to all of them.
Whatever you voted, share it/them at the bottom and explain why you like it/them.
If there is a particular variant of what you chose, feel free to explain!
If your favourite is not on the poll list or you hate soft drinks in general, you can still express yourself below.

Happy voting!

(BTW, my favourite is Coke!)

Dr pepper my favorite
I like all the cherry flavoured coke and stuff. Fanta is always nice, my first choice at McDonalds and such.
Pineapple juice whenever I'm in a pub

Neither of my favourite soft drinks are on the poll. :(

Mine are Vimto and Irn Bru.

Another one here disappointed at the lack of Irn Bru on the list.

Dear oh dear, so much controversy about the 'missing' Irn Bru
Any way to include it?
Edit: Oh wait, if that happened, everyone would crave for their favourite drink to be listed... :|

My current favourite is Morrisons lemonade. If I am out I normally opt for something Apple flavour, juice, appletiser, cider etc

I trust the OP will be infracted for the omission of Irn Bru from the poll. By an absolute country mile the best soft drink, though in reality I'll usually drink any of them except Dr. Pepper.

As my all time favourite Irn Bru is not there, I've voted for Pepsi. When I was a kid my family moved from Scotland to the south of England and I was absolutely gutted to find no Irn Bru in the shops. Luckily things have changed and it's available everywhere now.

So sorry for no Irn Bru, maybe the mods will be kind enough to add it on the list?

A few people I know from Scotland insist that the Irn-Bru sold south of Hadrian's Wall tastes different, as if they're deliberately bottling an inferior recipe specifically for the Sassenach market.

Drinking Irn Bru in Wales at the moment, and I can confirm that the good old girder taste is as strong as ever.

I don't drink any of those.
Never.

So no votes from me.

Yes, that's my favourite - whether from the tap in London or the Highlands or from a bottle when traveling.

Next favourite is semi-skimmed milk.

In pubs, my favourite is 50-50 pineapple juice and tonic water.

Next favourite is pear juice with ice.

Your wish is granted, although I believe you could have done it yourself.

You've missed off water and Orangina. Why did you not include those? I'm flabbergasted. Thanks.

I consider you the genius of the lamp. I'm sure others do too :)

I don't consider any of these as soft drinks that are acceptable to me, they are all fizzy and I don't drink fizzy drinks. I don't have a favourite, but orange juice is acceptable at any time of the day. When having dinner at home I usually make apple & blackcurrant squash.

Dave, this reminds me of a great story my Mum tells about my late Grandmother.

She recalls as a young girl being taken along to see a hypnotist on stage at a holiday camp. My Nan is called up on stage with about 4 or so other people and after the hypnotist does whatever the hypnotist does, he asks them to imagine they can have their favourite drink for free all night long, and they are drinking glasses and glasses of it. Slowly, the other four people start to become more and more tipsy, doing silly things like singing along, falling over and talking loudly causing much laughter from the audience. The hypnotist then does something again to bring the volunteers from the audience back to reality, and asks them their favourite drink. "Gin and tonic," apparently replies one, "Pina colada" another, the others also listing alcoholic drinks. When he gets to my Nan, she sternly replies "Water" causing much confusion from the hypnotist and roars of laughter from the audience.

Could I? How?

EDIT: By the way, thanks for adding Irn Bru to the list. As well as the cheeky Tizer... ;)

I quite like cream soda as well, although not on the list.

My favourite at the moment which I suppose counts as a soft drink is red grape juice.
