Did they mainly ask questions about yourself, or ask you questions on the company?

They ask you what do you know about GTR/Why you want to be a driver/ working unsociable hours and challenges train drivers would face.. These are opening questions and you will not be scored on.
There are like 8 questions after that: examples on working to high standard/ working as a team/ stressful situation/ where you had to change things or do something differently/ what you proud of / going extra mile etc.. usual interview questions.

I live in Bedford so I would like to be based at Luton/St Albans / Hitchin or WGC..(If I pass MMI). I don't really mind if it is TL or GN as long as it is easy to get to...
Purplejonesey- did they offer you position ?
Baz - did you have your interview with GN driver managers? Apply in 6 months and we can train together ! Haha.. As I'm only available to start from April next year

Still nothing. I'm in two minds whether to contact HR tomorrow to find out whats going on. Have you had a DMI yet?

Yes apparently my answers to the questions were not strong enough but she couldn't say which questions and wether it was the examples or my delivery and they would welcome a new application from me after 6 months 5 now and she is sure I would get it next time . Must be psychic lol .
Thats a very generic feedback. I think that DMI is a filtering stage as they receive so many application. Don't worry I am sure you will make it next time.. All the very best.
