I've just read two articles on the news. One stating that Thameslink has scored the lowest on customer satisfaction and another about passengers signing a petition demanding Thameslink improve their services, increasing train numbers, and more carriages. A Thameslink spokes man/woman replied and probably worth a read.
Although this is bad PR for Thameslink reading it made me feel a little bit better as they stated they are improving their trains (the new class 700), network rail are improving the line, and they are still short of drivers which they are working on.
So we're still needed! It'll come......one day......soon I hope.
