It's nice to see that no one is being left hanging long, whether it's good or bad news!
I'm really impressed with the speed of this sift! Hopefully, it's a sign of the speed that the rest of the process will move at!
To those who are progressing, congratulations, and all the best at the next stage!
To those who are unsuccessful, don't lose heart! Just look at your CV and application again and compare it with the train driver competencies these are listed on East Midlands Trains Careers page. You're bound to find something to tweak ready for next time!
I got binned good luck all .
I'm so sorry to hear that baz, easy for me to say I know but don't lose faith mate!
Ah it's ok gotta take the knockback's after all they wouldn't want potential train driver's getting depressed, it's not a good trait lol and anyway I am a patient man in the grand scheme. Can be impatient ish waiting an e mail to say if I am being progressed because not knowing is hard but overall can wait for a job if that makes sense. Thanks for the kind word's tho mate and make sure you wow them.
Good for you baz, you'll get it!
Thanks very much, I'm going to try my best!
Looking forward to meeting some of you at the assessments stage 1 and then for the group exercise thing on 10th November. Cheers.
Same....I've yet to hear back from my initial 'we're still deciding whether we'll chose you to go through to the next round email', so my hopes are still high!

I have passed them all including mmi and did not get through.Out of curiosity, has anybody who has already passed the tests actually been put through? This sounds rather odd to me!
